A native of Benicia, CA, Stacy brings a deep sense of hospitality and a vibrant passion for farm-to-table cuisine to every event. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Stacy draws inspiration from her love for gardening, especially cultivating edible flowers and herbs. This influences her signature style of bright, fresh dishes that celebrate the seasons and embody the spirit of Napa Valley living.

Chef David Thater

Raised in New York and classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, David brings over 30 years of culinary expertise to Napa Sonoma Private Chefs. His distinguished career includes 15 years as Executive Chef of Special Events at the CIA at Greystone, where he led high-profile events and mentored aspiring chefs.Drawing inspiration from his extensive culinary travels through Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, China, and Mexico, David brings a global perspective to his cooking. He specializes in multi-course wine-pairing dinners, large-scale banquets, and interactive cooking classes - crafting seasonal, delicious dishes thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique vision and palate.
